Development

Legacy Built will acquire the land and fund the development and construction through a combination of debt and equity.  Legacy Built will also asset manage each property through lease up and hold each property for 5-7 years to optimize cash flow and resale value with a target IRR of 20%. Cash flow produced by the property will be distributed back to the investors/owners.  Proceeds will also be distributed upon sale.
