Our mission is to simplify real estate investing and to create greater-than-average returns. At Legacy Built, our focus is creating and maintaining investor wealth through alternative real estate investment strategies in the projects we own and build. Our extensive experience in commercial real estate development and construction gives us an advantage over other, more typical investment companies. By investing with aggregated capital, we also provide agility and scale, which brings unique opportunities and increases our ability to create wealth.

Legacy Built has been around since 1981 and has been trusted with $547 Million in funding. Investing with Legacy Built yields a higher return on investments because we internalize development, construction, and asset management.

Construction

Legacy Built will acquire the land and use a combination of non-recourse, low-leverage debt and equity to build and develop the property. The property will lease up and be held for 5-7 years and will have a target property level return of a 14% IRR. Cash flow produced by the property will be distributed back to the investors/owners. Proceeds will also be distributed upon a sale. This investment strategy will be a core fund strategy and will utilize approximately 60% of the funds available for investing.

The company will be able to provide safe and stable returns from existing and proven cash-flowing properties as well as the opportunity for high returns and wealth creation typical from repurposing Big Box real estate and ground-up development.
